Listing

Buying

You’ve got a deal on a great house and had it inspected. The inspection report has a number of recommended repairs.  What’s it going to cost? We can work up a proposal that you can submit to the seller. The seller will either get the work done or give a price reduction. A proposal from a licensed contractor will carry a lot of weight in the negotiation.
