My name is Gary Binder. I've been a General Contractor / Home Builder for over 30 years.
I offer a one on one, concierge experience as a construction manager. We'll work together to build the dream home you envision.
My experience includes specialty foundations like hillside, framing difficult houses, mechanicals and high-end finishes.
As a detail kind of guy, I go to the jobsite every day. You'll get detailed schedules and budgets as well as design sketches as we go.
The focus is on quality, timing and controlling the costs. I'm very passionate about the homes I build and find the process exciting and fun. I try to bring that joy to the project and the clients. As we build, I'm available to discuss the project and enjoy talking about the process. Sometimes, knowing what to expect, takes away a lot of stress.
With most construction companies, you work with a salesperson, a project manager, and a site superintendent. You may not talk to the builder much. I'm the guy that writes the subcontracts, plans the work flow and manages the quality.
