Construction Consulting

30 years of Experience in Home Building, Remodeling and Office Construction.

If you're building or remodeling and want to do it yourself but just need some help, I can help with expert guidance

I can work by the hour or the project, as needed,  Many of my clients bring me in at the beginning of a project to "get out of the ground"  I often take a project from demo and earth moving through structural and mechanical to drywall. From there, it's paint and finish. You can do that. or I can continue to manage the project. I'm a problem solver and know how to get a project going, keep it going and get it finished.

Years of Experience

The sequence of construction tasks in construction are very important!

The wording of the scope of work can mean the difference between staying on budget and getting change orders.

The quality of construction is more than meets the eye.

Years of Contacts

Get wholesale prices.  Let's face it, a homeowner builders scares subcontractors. You may not know what you're doing, how to describe what you want, the right way to do things, and what's fair. So they mark up the job to cover the added costs of confusion and time. When you have a construction manager running the job, they know it will go smooth.

I've worked with many of these people. I know how to pick the right team for the right job.
