Hello,
Are you considering building a custom home, remodeling your home, adding on to it, or building an ADU.
You're first thoughts are do we "Owner Build" or hire a "General Contractor."
I can offer a third choice:
You can hire a freelance superintendent to manage the construction of your project.
I'm a superintendent with over 30 years of experience. I've worked for General Contractors building many homes, and remodeling homes and offices.
With my service, you run the "Office". You sign the contracts, you pay the bills, you pick the materials. You're the GC, I'm the hired superintendent. I find the subs, set up the scope of work, negotiate the contracts, schedule the subs, coordinate their work and check on their quality. I work with the inspectors. I make the project run smoothly. I manage the site.
The subcontractors count on someone to be a construction manager, to plan each step of the way, to answer questions, to coordinate between subs, to get the things that they need to do their job. I'm that person! It can’t be done without that person and that person needs to know what their doing.
Jobs that are not led by a leader, don't run themself. They cost more, take longer and end up of poor quality. If you hire a GC, they will do the office work and they will hire someone like me ( though most likely with far less experience than I have. )
I don’t cost money, I save it for you.
Take a look at my site. GaryBinder.com You'll find my phone number there.
Then give me a call to talk about your project. The initial call is free.
